Good afternoon, Grade 4 Families,
We had a wonderful time last week in the first fresh snowfall of the year. Students were able to go sledding at recess, and they had a blast! They also learned a lot! In Math, students continued learning about fractions and mixed numbers. In Social Studies, they explored the differences between political and physical maps. In Art, students were introduced to a digital art program which they will use in the coming week to create a digital landscape with foreground, middleground, and background.
Students should be continuing to read their novels and taking notes for the upcoming book report, as well as studying their Bible verse and preparing for a French test this coming Tuesday.
