Good Morning Kindergarten Families,
Thank you for sending in the extra supplies for the children as mentioned in last weeks blog. The children are enjoying them already.
We have been enjoying our Arctic unit of Science. The children have investigated animals such as the walrus and the puffin. We then compared the puffin to the penguin and that was fun and engaging. This week we will investigate the caribou.
Phonics:
*reading sentences with short vowels such as
– Pat the cat sat on the mat.
– The duck got wet.
