Hello parents!
I couldn’t believe it when I went to look at the calendar for this week only to find that Friday is actually the beginning of March! Where does the time go? Please take note of the following announcements:
Island Storm Visit
We are excited to be welcoming the Island Storm back to GCS this Wednesday, February 27th. During their visit, students will host their annual game of “Are You Smarter Than A GCS Knight?” We are encouraging students to come dressed in their GCS apparel to display their school pride.
Skate Day
The students will be travelling to the APM Centre in Cornwall again this Friday for an elementary skate from 1:30-2:30. Students are required to have skates, mittens, and a helmet in order to participate. Students who do not wish to participate in these skating days are asked to be picked up at the school at 12:15.
