Dear GCS Grade 6 Families,
We had a great week in Grade 6!
We started algebra this week! Students learned about different notations and started learning to solve equations.
This week in Social Studies students started learning about Island History! There is a reading analysis assignment due on Monday.
Pictures for Year-End:
On Monday morning Ms. Arthurs will be taking pictures of the Grade 6 class for year-end celebrations. Students do not need to dress formally, but they should wear clothes that they would like photographed.
GCS Golf Tournament:
There is still time to register for this year’s GCS Annual Golf Challenge being held on Saturday, June 4th at Clyde River Golf Club. Visit https://forms.gle/su6E8FG36VAREDzu6 to register individually or to register your team. All golfers/teams must be registered by Saturday, May 28.
